From 22th to 27th of August, the 45th junior world championship WorldSkills took place in Kazan, Russia. Around 1,600 participants from 60 countries competed in order to determine the junior world champions under the age of 23 in 56 occupations. As a machine sponsor for turning – together with KUNZMANN for milling – of the 45th junior world championship WorldSkills, we congratulate all participants on their successes.

Dkfm. Friedrich K. Eisler, CEO and Chairman of WEILER and winner of the “Prize German Engineering”
He was and is an outstanding achiever for WEILER and his work is also widely recognized and appreciated in the industry: Our senior partner Friedrich K. Eisler (Photo, 3rd from left) has been honored for his lifetime work on the 11th German Mechanical Engineering Summit in Berlin. He is the first Austrian winner who receives this award.
